The Federation of East European Family History Societies
(FEEFHS) was organized in 1992 as an umbrella organization that
promotes family research in eastern and central Europe without any
ethnic, religious, or social distinctions. It provides a forum for
individuals and organizations focused on a single country or group
of people to exchange information and be updated on developments
in the field. While it primarily serves the interests of North Americans
in tracing their lineages back to a European homeland, it welcomes
members from all countries. FEEFHS 11th International Conference

Tell Take 2 Interactive Software: Killing Cops Isn't Entertainment
For the past seven years, violent video games have become increasingly
popular. In these games the player advances in the game by killing.
Even more disturbing this year is the fact that the best selling
games are not only extremely violent, but feature brutal violence
towards police officers. Tell Take 2 Interactive Software to STOP
KILLING COPS AS ENTERTAINMENT! Sign the petition urging Take 2 to
stop depicting cop killings and other acts of glorified violence
in their video games. National Institute on Media and the Family
